This workshop will be a dedicated workshop to learning how to film wildlife and edit video clips into a finished product like the example above. While this is a video workshop, the opportunity for photography is always an option too but the main focus will be on learning to shoot video.
November is a slower time of year in the Tetons for crowds and wildlife which helps us have a cheaper and slower paced experience with time to learn, however with that being said, all of the clips above were shot in November of 2022 so there is always the possibility of seeing more than expected. The main target will be moose and landscapes, but we will search for many other animals such as bison, bears that may not have hibernated and more!
This workshop is open to any skill level but is recommended for those newer to video work. I recommend having a mirrorless camera, but DSLR's will work as well if that is all you have!
I would also recommend a wide-angle lens, and lens(es) to cover the 200-600mm range as well.
